Tackling problems and developing leaders: Our coaching and training service enables clients to build leadership competence and tackle complex challenges. Through Action Learning, we develop the skills and competencies to tackle a future of massive uncertainty and disruptive change. Highly trained coaches focus on 3 areas: team performance, opportunities for learning and application to participants’ work. Our impactful programs achieve multiple objectives such as our EFMD award-winning Front Lines program with Microsoft. We also offer the opportunity to train staff as coaches, helping embed an Action Learning and listening culture.

Sharing experience: The Corporate International Service Learning (CISL) Best Practice Group managed by Emerging World, is a small group of companies which come together up to four times a year to share experience of managing CISL programs. Companies with leading CISL programs are eligible to join and members include senior executives, CSR leaders and HR professionals who lead or manage their company’s CISL programs.
