Overseas experience engages leaders
As global leaders in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services, it’s important that Ernst & Young’s leaders have the skills to give their clients the very best service. They worked with Emerging World to develop a series of overseas experiences that would stretch and challenge leaders on their Accelerated Leadership Programme.
Leaders have been partnered with a number of innovative organizations across India, assisting with assignments such as developing business plans, building carbon credit financing schemes and reviewing management information systems. organizational systems reviews.
Emerging World identified suitable partners, developed appropriate experiences for each participant and prepared them for their assignments. In the field, they provided support for both participants and partners to maximise the impact of the programme.
