Action Learning Groups

A tried and tested tool for strategic problem-solving, we’ve found Action Learning Groups to be an extremely valuable experience for our partners in the emerging world. By creating teams of between six and eight client participants and partners, we can stimulate global thinking that helps expand and strengthen partner organizations.

Our Action Learning Group approach is a great way of involving groups of leaders and working with multiple partners all at the same time. Over a period of 2-3 days, learning circles are created and objectives agreed before the teams set about solving the very real, strategic challenges faced by partners operating in the emerging world. Virtual follow-up and reflection helps to track progress and support the partners through any associated organizational changes.
