Mom Relaunch: San Francisco, California

Hi, I am Reena Gupta, Founder & CEO of Mom Relaunch and this is our story………

 

Mom Relaunch’s mission is to bridge the gap between career returners and the need for skilled talent. We achieve this by empowering moms returning to the workforce with training, hands-on skills, mentoring and support services to optimize a successful relaunch into IT and HR industries which translates into a sense of financial independence. In addition, through our range of services, we champion an inclusive culture, helping companies fulfil their diversity goals to achieve workplace equality.

Jesse Matinez, founder of CareerForce, and now a part of Mom Relaunch’s Advisory Board, first introduced us to Emerging World’s Managing Director Matthew Farmer. Under the leadership of the vision – ‘commercial forces of globalizing business can be a force for good,’ the relationship between Mom Relaunch and Salesforce was born and fostered through the relentless support of Scott Jorgensen, Mike Kreaden and Erica Kuhl of Salesforce who have bestowed on Mom Relaunch a Seal of Approval, Credibility and Recognition.

One of the tangible impacts following our work with Emerging World has been getting more exposure in the community and having greater support of the community beyond our wildest expectations. It is gratifying beyond words to see a pool of dedicated and committed community leaders not only share our vision but leave no stone unturned to mentor, guide and support us. What more could we ask for?
