Salesforce: Team Development

Design

Salesforce required an experience to enable the Salesforce Essentials and SMB team to connect with each other through values and causes that inspired them, creating deeper connections at a more visceral level.

Delivery

The 3 Day experience took 18 team members from the San Francisco Bay Area to Oakland, California. The team worked with three inspiring partner organisations connected to themes that were relevant for the Salesforce team.

Impact

The programme helped the team identify ways in which they could work more effectively to achieve success and ultimately brought the team closer together. This is helping them to drive change and impact in their area of work.
