Helping companies engage employees through meaningful experiences

Our experiences go beyond traditional engagement. We create transformative experiences that place people in real-world contexts, working alongside communities to address social challenges. Away from familiar environments, participants navigate uncertainty, build empathy and gain practical insight that lasts.

The result? People return more motivated, more capable and more connected to their organization’s purpose. Communities benefit from their collaboration and expertise, and organizations strengthen leadership, learning and long-term impact.

Our Engagement-led Offerings:

Individuals and teams step into real-world challenges in support of communities

Empowering
Exchange:

Engaging conversations that build understanding.

We bring employees into one-to-one conversations with community partners and individuals they would not usually meet. These exchanges create space to listen, ask questions and understand lived experience.

Participants leave with a clearer view of different realities and greater confidence engaging across difference.

Spark
Experiences:

Solving real problems together.

Small teams work on defined challenges set by nonprofit partners. In focused sessions, usually of less than half a day, they apply their skills to explore the issue, test ideas and develop practical next steps.

The experience builds connection within teams while delivering useful outputs for partners.

Individual
Assignments:

Applying skills to partner priorities.

Employees take on time-bound assignments with nonprofit organizations, using their expertise to address specific needs.

Working closely with partner teams, they contribute directly to ongoing work while strengthening their own capability and perspective.

Group Based
Projects:

Delivering impact through collective effort.

Employee groups work together over one to two weeks to support a partner organization on a defined challenge.

They combine their skills and experience to deliver tangible outcomes, while building shared purpose and stronger working relationships.
