Matthew Farmer
Matthew leads the business globally and takes an active role working with clients and partners to design and deliver high-impact immersive experiences. Through 15 years of leading the business he’s developed expertise in diverse areas including leadership, people development, sustainability, impact assessment and culture. Matthew draws energy and inspiration from working with diverse groups of people and bringing meaning, purpose and opportunity to others.

Amanda Bowman
Amanda is responsible for the Corporate Volunteering solution area. She is known for bringing corporate volunteering to the UK and Europe and as a leader in international corporate volunteering and partnership building having worked in the corporate and NGO sectors. Her passion is making connections between people, ideas, and organisations and to help change the way business does business with benefits from and on society and development.

Kirsty Foster
Kirsty is responsible for supporting the delivery and facilitation of impactful programmes and serves as a coach. She brings 20 years leadership development facilitation and delivery experience, working across 6 continents. She is passionate about creating immersive experiences rich in learning potential that ignite positive change and growth in the individual, organisation and beyond.

Andy Gale
Andy is our Business Manager responsible for supporting all our office functions. He has 25+ years senior leadership experience in the UK and abroad ranging from leading operational groups of 100+ to responsibility for developing organisational business strategies to improve customer experience and employee engagement. His passion is to help individuals reach their potential and delivering excellent customer service.

Doreen Mutero
Doreen is responsible for the programme management and partner organisation network management area. She brings her experience of working in emerging markets within the people and organisation development space. Her passion is enabling individuals and teams to apply learning and providing connections for mutually beneficial, growth-oriented relationships across borders.

Maeve Spence
Maeve supports our Corporate Volunteering practice area. She brings several years of experience in program management for economic development and employee engagement programs across Africa and South-East Asia. She is passionate about facilitating cross-cultural connections and mutual learning through immersive experiences.

Ionela Spinu
Ionela supports our Leadership Development practice area. Her expertise extends across various fields such as talent & capacity development, education and TVET development, programme development, coaching and workshops. For the last 15 years, she has worked with corporations, governments, development agencies and startups alike across multiple continents developing and implementing amongst other things, systems, processes and agile methodologies to drive greater organisational output, efficiencies, resource maximisation and funding opportunities.
