Peer Learning Coaching Circles

Design

The Emerging World Peer Coaching Learning Circles programme was designed to support the ongoing learning and development of leaders within our partner organisation network. A select group of senior leaders from purpose-driven, non-profit organisations participated in this Experience.

Delivery

The programme was delivered virtually across 5 collaborative 2.5 hour sessions. Participants developed their leadership capabilities by helping each other to address real-life challenges that they faced in their organisation. The programme facilitated engaging and authentic dialogue relevant to navigating today’s world.

Impact

In this truly global programme, partners from 3 continents experienced positive developments in leadership skills and competencies. Participants felt the input from other partners added value to their own learning and 100% agreed that participation in the programme will have a positive impact on organisation outcomes.
