Action Learning projects yield positive impact in two ways:

  1. On the solutions developed for the problem being presented
  2. On the learning of the participating group members

Sample outcomes from problems presented include:

  • A re-engineered procurement process for an international development finance organization
  • Making the UN Environment Program headquarters building in Nairobi carbon neutral
  • Securing a $500m investment fund for e-tourism project in Africa
  • Developing a business model to enable the roll-out of TV Whitespace broadband in developing countries – providing the mechanism for high speed final mile access in rural areas
  • Increasing threefold the funding stream of a grass roots NGO operating in slum area of Uganda, allowing it to provide education to several hundred additional children

Results from our 10-year impact study show how our programs driven by Action Learning have a strong impact on developing leadership competencies.
